Fatigue Management Training (FMT)

Our Fatigue Management Training helps the crew to understand fatigue risks in flight operations and ways to prevent it. The course starts with an introduction case involving fatigue issues. Our virtual mentors – Michelle and Michael – guide the crew through the course and explain rules and regulations regarding fatigue, sleepiness factors, symptoms of fatigue, myths about sleep and sleep disorders. Applicable tips and examples on how to handle fatigue issues are presented throughout the course.
